🔸 WHAT ARE NFTs?
✅ NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) are unique digital assets (usually represented by images or pictures) that are stored on the blockchain. These assets boast a couple of core traits that give NFTs its appeal:

• Transparent - All transactions are visible on the blockchain
• Unique - no 2 NFTs are the same (at least on a code level)
• Transferable - Seamless transfers between wallets

🔸 WHAT IS MOOAR?
✅ MOOAR is a fun place to create and trade NFTs. It is a multi-chain NFT Marketplace available on Solana, Ethereum, Base and Polygon. 

On MOOAR, users can not only turn their art into an NFT but can also create NFT collections through AIGC technology and launch those collections through FairMint. Users can trade NFTs and receive either FSL Points or MOOAR Box rewards.

🔸 I want to use MOOAR but I don't have a Solana wallet, where can I get one?
✅ To create a Solana wallet, follow our guide to  Set Up a Solana Wallet here. 

🔸 Can I connect any wallet to MOOAR?
✅ MOOAR accepts any SOL/ETH/Polygon/Base wallet from the providers below. If you don't have a wallet yet, you can choose any of these providers and you will be guided through creating a new wallet. However, it cannot be an exchange wallet (a SOL/ETH/Polygon/Base wallet from Binance, for example).

 

🔸 How do I disconnect a wallet from MOOAR?
✅ Just log out from MOOAR by clicking your profile icon at the top right corner of the MOOAR page > "Disconnect and Log out". (However, MOOAR will remember your wallet's membership level/details even if you log out.)

🔸 I want to change the wallet address associated with my MOOAR account, how do I do this?

🔸 Will MOOAR provide discounts if I opt to subscribe for several months instead of just one?
✅ You may get a discount if you subscribe to MOOAR for a year instead of monthly. 

🔸 I want to transfer the membership I have in my MOOAR account, how do I do this?
✅ At this time we do not allow transferring of subscriptions/memberships from one account to another, as this may lead to exploits where multiple wallet addresses can be associated with a single MOOAR membership.

🔸 How can I cancel my current MOOAR account subscription?
✅ Though subscriptions cannot be canceled once paid for, you may cancel the subscription for the next billing cycle. 

🔸 I want to delete my MOOAR account, how do I do this?
✅ Though this is not something we offer at the moment, we will consider account deletion options in the future. 

🔸 I'm having technical difficulties with MOOAR and I can't find the answers in the MOOAR Knowledge Base. Where else can I get help?
